Within the framework of permanent improvement of the living conditions of Angolans, the Angolan government has been investing in different programmes to integrate and safeguard citizens' rights.

Among these programmes are the Integrated Plan for Intervention in Municipalities (PIIM), Support for Production, Diversification of Exports and Substitution of Imports (PRODESI) and Kwenda.

The PIIM aims to implement actions of Public Investment (PIP), Development Support Expenditure (DAD) and Basic Activities (Act), with priority to actions of  social nature.

PRODESI is an executive programme to speed up the diversification of national production and wealth generation, in a set of productions with greater potential to generate export value and substitute imports.
