Ondjiva – A Sum of 109 million 700 thousand and 454 Kwanzas were collected, during the year 2023, by the Justice and Human Rights sector in the province of Cunene, the local official reported on Friday.
There was an increase of 24 million 320 thousand and 873 kwanzas, compared to 85 million 379 thousand and 581 kwanzas in 2022.
Speaking to ANGOP, the head of the planning, statistics and assets of Justice department in that province, David Salomão, explained that the amounts result from the payment of acts issued by the Civil Identification, Registry and Notary Services sectors.
Throughout the year, the sector also carried out, among other services, 16,997 birth registrations, between children and adults, issued 1,093 commercial registrations, 422 car registrations, 268 death certificates, 166 marriage certificates and 150 acts of certification of properties.
