Lóvua - The municipal administrator of Lóvua (Lunda-Norte), António Mussumari, said on Sunday that he will prioritize in 2024, the completion of several social projects, expand the school and health network, with a view to avoiding rural exodus.
Looking ahead to the 2024 economic year, the official added that the local administration will also support the promotion of family farming, build a market and requalify the municipal cemetery.
In the Health sector, António Mussumari said that the priority will be the completion of the rehabilitation of the Municipal Hospital, as part of the projects of the Integrated Intervention Plan for Municipalities (PIIM), whose hospitalization capacity will be for 100 patients.
Located in an area of 20,600 square meters and with 62 compartments, the hospital will have an operating room, laboratory for clinical analysis, orthopedics, pediatrics, maternity, surgery, traumatology and X-ray services.
The budget foreseen for the municipality of Lóvua, referring to the 2024 economic year, is two billion, 309 million, 463 thousand and 926 kwanzas. The municipality of Lóvua is 80 kilometers from the city of Dundo. HD/DOJ
