Lunda Norte: Ruling party calls for combined effort to improve country

Cuilo - The challenges to improve the country in all areas should be inclusive and participatory, with a broad combined efforts, always aimed at achieving the socio-economic development, said the first secretary of the Provincial Committee of the ruling MPLA party in Lunda Norte province.

Addressing the 5th ordinary session of the political organization on Saturday,  Ernesto Muangala said the country needs all of its “children” to overcome the challenges of diversifying the economy.

The politician said that despite the Covid-19 pandemic, MPLA will continue to increasingly focus its actions towards the population, promoting dialogue and participation in the various areas of political, social and cultural life, strengthening democracy  culture of participatory citizenship.

On the other hand, he urged the ruling party’s youth (JMPLA) and women (OMA)’s wings to continue to play a greater role in society and develop initiatives that encourage the participation of young people and women in the country's major challenges.
