Luanda - The first secretary of the ruling MPLA in Luanda, Joana Lina Baptista Cândido, defended Saturday the reinforcement of the preservation of peace, unity and National Independence.
The politician advocated the stance during meetings with militants of action committees (Cap) of the Palanca, Sapu, Golfe and Nova Vida districts, in the municipality of Kilamba Kiaxi, at the close of the first cycle of the party’s "EME in Movement" journey.
The first secretary also called attention to the need for ideological and mobilizing preparation of militants in the face of the new political challenges.
"The MPLA is strong and determined and reinforces its preparation for the new challenges," Joana Lina said.
