Dundo - The president of Superior Council of Judiciary and Supreme Court (TS) Joel Leonardo Thursday stressed the progress in justice system saying that the country is moving toward an institution increasingly credible, taking its services closer to citizens.

Joel Leonardo was speaking to the press at the end of his visit to eastern province of Lunda Norte, saying that the implementation of Courts of District and Appeal represents a progress in justice system, making it faster.

"It worth reminding that it is a prerogative of the Rule of Law and Democratic State to place Justice close to the citizens", stressed the magistrate.

He acknowledged existing challenge among the judges and  magistrates, which, according to him, requires greater dynamism, efficiency and speedup in handling the cases.
