Luanda - The health authorities have registered, in the last 24 hours, 143 new infections, 47 recovered patients and two deaths.
According to the clinical bulletin to which ANGOP had access, 133 were diagnosed in Luanda, 7 in Cuanza Norte, 1 in Malanje, 1 in Uíge and 1 in Zaire.
Among the new cases, whose ages range from 7 to 71 years, there are 116 men and 27 women .
The deaths involve two Angolan citizens residing in Luanda province.
As for those who were recovered, 27 reside in Luanda, 19 in Huíla and 1 in Bié.
The general picture shows 24,641 cases, with 565 deaths, 22,647 recovered and 1,449 active. Of the active cases, 10 are critical, 13 serious, 69 moderate, 45 light and 1,312 asymptomatic.
In the last 24 hours, 2,640 samples were processed.
In the inpatient centres are 137 patients, while 48 citizens are in institutional quarantine.
The authorities are keeping 1,372 contacts under epidemiological surveillance.
