Luanda – The Angolan health authorities announced, this Tuesday, the recovery of 1,532 patients, 832 new cases and 8 deaths, in the last 24 hours.
According to updating on the disease situation, among those recovered, 1,321 live in Luanda province, 50 in Huambo, 49 in Uíge, 31 in Bié, 28 in Huíla, 18 in Cuando Cubango, 14 in Namibe, 10 in Lunda Norte, 6 in Benguela, 4 in Lunda Sul and 1 in Moxico.
According to the daily bulletin, among the new cases 459 were diagnosed in Luanda, 117 in Namibe, 46 in Cabinda, 38 in Huíla, 36 in Bié, 34 in Huambo, 30 in Moxico, 26 in Uíge, 17 in Cuando Cubango. , 15 in Lunda Sul, 9 in Benguela, 3 in Lunda Norte, 1 in Cuanza Sul and 1 in Malanje.
With ages ranging from 2 months to 88 years, 435 are male and 397 are female patients.
In the last 24 hours, the laboratories have processed 4,029 blood samples, with a daily positivity rate of 20.7 percent.
The deaths were registered in the provinces of Luanda with 4, Huíla with 2, Benguela with 1 and Huambo with 1.
Angola has 91,148 confirmed cases, 79,642 recoveries, 1,840 deaths and 9,666 active. Of those active, 19 are in a critical condition, 30 are serious, 61 are moderate, 82 are mild and 9,474 are asymptomatic.
In the treatment centers, 192 patients are hospitalized, while 154 are in institutional quarantine.
