Luanda - The Angolan health authorities announced, this Sunday, the registration of 25 new cases, two deaths and seven recovered patients, in the last 24 hours.
According to the data included in the clinical bulletin, of the new cases, 15 were diagnosed in Luanda, 5 in Huambo and 2 in Huila.
Among the new patients, whose ages range from 5 to 73 years, 14 are male and 11 are female.
The deaths involve two Angolan citizens residing in the provinces of Luanda and Huambo.
The recovered patients, reads the bulletin, reside in the province of Luanda.
Angola counts 20,807 positive cases, 508 deaths, 19,322 recoveries and 977 active.
Of the active cases, there are 12 severe, 22 moderate, 24 with mild symptoms and 919 asymptomatic.
Health authorities are following 58 patients hospitalized in the country's treatment centers, while 52 are in institutional quarantine.
In the past 24 hours, the laboratories have processed 1,183 samples by RT-PCR.
