Luanda - The health authorities have registered, in the last 24 hours, the recovery of 51 patients, 44 new cases and 2 deaths.
According to the daily bulletin, of those recovered, 42 reside in Luanda, 5 in Cunene, 2 in Namibe, 1 in Lunda Sul and 1 in Zaire.
Among the new cases, 12 were diagnosed in Moxico, 10 in Luanda, 7 in Lunda Sul, 7 in Namibe, 7 in Zaire and 1 in Benguela.
With ages ranging from 3 months to 95 years, the list includes 32 men and 12 women.
The deaths were registered in the provinces of Huíla and Lunda Sul.
Laboratories have processed 1,082 samples.
The authorities control 163 people in institutional quarantine centres, 2,521 under epidemiological surveillance and 150 patients in treatment centres.
Angola has 41,780 positive cases, with 984 deaths, 35,474 recovered and 5,322 active. Of those active, 2 are critical, 10 severe, 89 moderate, 49 mild and 5,172 asymptomatic.
