COVID-19: Angola with 553 infections, 130 recoveries

Luanda – Angola reported Wednesday 553 new cases, 11 deaths and 130 recoveries in the last 24 hours.

Luanda recorded 447 new cases, Huambo 47, Cuanza Norte 18, Cuanza Sul 15, Malanje 14, Uíge 14, Huíla 10, Cabinda 7, Zaire 6, Cuando Cubango 2, Cunene 2, Namibe 2, Bengo 1 and Bié 1.

The list includes 291 men and 261 women, whose ages range from 1 month to 85 years.

The deaths occurred in the province of Luanda, with 8, Huambo 2 and Malanje with 1.

Among those recovered, 45 are residents in Namibe, 39 in Huambo, 29 in Huila, 7 in Luanda, 6 in Malanje, 3 in Cunene and 1 in Moxico.

Angola has a cumulative 60,448 cases, of which 1,598 deaths, 48,748 recoveries and 10,102 active patients.
