Covid-19: Governor calls for strengthening biosecurity measures

Moçâmedes- The Namibe governor, Archer Mangueira, today appealed to the Namibian society to the strict compliance of biosecurity measures.

The appeal was made by the governor at the opening of the 2021/2022 school year, during which he pointed out that there is a significant advance in relation to vaccination for prevention of Angolans.

"To the guardians, I want to thank the understanding and patience before the setbacks that the Pandemic caused and still causes, because despite all the limitations all participate more and more in the educational process", he added.

For this evil to be overcome, especially in schools, Archer Manguera stresses the need for parents and guardians to assume that their participation in school life is a right and a duty.
