Luena - The deputy governor for the Political, Social and Economic sector, Victor da Silva, urged the province's businessmen to use local training centres to hire local staff to manage their companies.
The deputy governor, who was speaking at the closing ceremony of the vocational training cycle at INFEOP, said that the measure could help employing the young people trained at the several INEFOP training centres, transmitting competence and science in business management and making them self-sustainable.
He recalled that despite the difficulties imposed by Covid-19, the Angolan government had been working hard to diversify the economy.
INFEOP launched to the job market 1,420 finalists in the areas of mechanics-auto, civil construction, masonry, decoration, cutting and sewing, cooking and carpentry.
