Luanda - The 3rd edition of ANGOTIC 2023, Angola´s International Information and Communication Technologies Forum, which kicked off Monday, will close today, Wednesday, in Luanda Province.
For the last day, an assessment is scheduled on the theme “Metaverse to revolutionise the future of entertainment, content and commerce", as well as the continuity of teaching design and construction courses in Angolan universities, and the launching of small satellites.
According to Matias Borges, national director of Information Technologies of Telecommunications, for the last day of the event it is also foreseen the holding of a one-hour meeting via facebook network, the delivery of trophies to the best exhibitors and certificates to the students who build the small satellites
Also for this day, awards will be given to the three best startups and the participation prize will be delivered to all those who were directly involved in the event.
The 3rd edition of ANGOTIC 2023 - International Forum of Information and Communication Technologies of Angola, with the motto “Connectivity and Technological Modernization”, is taking place at the Talatona Convention Center, after two years of stoppage, due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Speakers and moderators from Japan, United Kingdom, Brazil, Nigeria, Lesotho, South Africa, United States of America, Canada, Spain, Serbia, Uganda, France, Namibia, Portugal, Zambia, Ivoire Coast, Sweden, Argentina, Ethiopia, Malawi, and São Tomé are participating in the event, in which different themes of the technology sector are addressed.
