Huambo – The Secretary of State for Land Transport, Jorge Bengue, said this Friday, in Huambo, that the country's sustainable development involves investing in and valuing training with quality and human capital diversification.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of three Transport Innovation and Technology Centers in the provinces of Huambo, Huíla and Luanda, which have a capacity for 120 students each, Jorge Bengue stated that human training guarantees the quality of service provided to citizens.
He said that the three innovation and technology institutions will integrate the network of 10 training centers of the Ministry of Transport, in order to offer courses in the air, maritime, port, road and rail specialties.
The Secretary of State explained that everyone is free to register for each of the courses offered at the centers.
“Access to courses is free. We only ask for responsibility on the part of the managers of the centers, for the guarantee of quality training”, he concluded.
