Lubango - Job creation and increased local production are the two hotspots of Renascer Farm, located on the outskirts of the city of Lubango, Huila province, its owner, Adailson Nogueira, told ANGOP.

The producer intends to invest in feed production and improve its infrastructure, in a process that aims to reach a daily production of 12,000 eggs and monthly of 4,000 broilers.

The poultry house has been producing since 2017 and today only puts on the market between 2000 and 2,500 eggs per day and 500 to 1000 chickens per month, the increase of which will require the approval of a USD 250,000 funding, requested three years ago, under the Projovem program.

According to the young businessman, of the three phases that make up the project, namely incubation, breeding and recreation, only the last two work, while the start of the first one is conditional on the acquisition of matrices abroad.

Renascer Farm also produces vegetables and fruits (blackberry, guava, orange, mandarin, peach, among others) in small quantities for markets in Luanda, Benguela, Cunene, Namibe and Huíla.
