Luanda - The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, on Tuesday reappointed the Board of Directors of Sonangol, chaired by Sebastião Pai Querido Gaspar Martins.
According to a note from the Press Service of the Presidency of the Republic, the executive directors Belarmino Emílio Chitangueleca, Baltazar Agostinho Gonçalves Miguel, Jorge Barros Vinhas, Olga Lukocheka da Silva Sabalo Miranda, Kátia Mariana Siliveli Epalanga Lutucuta and Osvaldo Inácio were maintained in their job positions.
The note adds that non-executive directors Lopo Fortunato Ferreira do Nascimento and Bernarda Gonçalves Martins also reappointed for new mandate.
In turn, André Lelo and José Gime leave the mandate of non-executive directors, and were replaced by Augusto Teixeira de Matos and André de Jesus Moda.
Sebastião Pai Querido Martins was appointed president of the Board of Directors of Sonangol, in May 2019, replacing Carlos Saturnino.SC/DOJ
